At a neighborhood gathering about a year ago we were introduced to Roman's bread. Fabulous! He hosted a workshop at Hidden Villa a couple weeks ago which Amanda and I decided to join. There's a lot to it. I've made two attempts, the second better than the first, but still just 'ok' and not 'extraordinary'...which is what i'm shooting for. I'm enjoying the process enough to keep going...
