Leela was Knighted today. As you can see My Lady Amanda and I were in attendance and in character (more Renaissance than Medieval however). It was a beautiful day at an unexpected place...Cinnabar Hills Country Club. Leela gracefully shared her work (although didn't mention all the times I had to push her to do it:)) and was Knighted by the Queen. For her community service project she raised money for the MV Food Pantry and painted watercolors to give to her donors. It brings back fond memories of Thara's Knighting four years ago and the beautiful teddy bears she made and sent off to Africa.
